Its rationale is "to promote the recognition, protection, enhancement and transmission creations of its members" and more especially software programmes protected by the WTO [[TRIPS]] agreements. It has designed a Unique Declaration Registry where all creators, and more especially developers, may register their declaration of creations. The purpose of such registry is not only to help creators to protect their author rights but also to allow reliable pledge to finance research, development and marketing. |
