Oswaldo Cruz originally read, "On November 13th, the Vaccine Revolt exploded in Rio." The Portuguese-language article Revolta da Vacina http://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Revolta_da_Vacina gives the start of the civil disorder as November 10th, so I've modified Oswaldo Cruz in line with this.
