PublicisLive is a global event management firm specialized in the organization and production of international conferences.

The company was founded in 1995 and is based in Geneva.,[1] with offices in Paris, Abu Dhabi and Dubai.[2] Since 2015, Anthony Gazagne [3] serves as its Chief Executive Officer.

Overview

The company advises a wide range of clients, including governments, international organizations, and foundations. Since its inception, PublicisLive is known for being the official provider of logistics and key support services to the World Economic Forum.[4] PublicisLive supports the World Economic Forum in designing and delivering its Annual Meetings, including in Davos, and its Regional Summits around the world.

In October 2010, PublicisLive acted as the official logistic partner of the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs to organize the XIIIth Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Francophonie[5] held in Montreux, welcoming over 3,000 participants and 40 Heads of State and Government, and delegations. That year, PublicisLive also organized the e-G8 Forum, at the request of French President Nicolas Sarkozy [6]

Since 2013 and on behalf of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, PublicisLive produce The Government Summit [7]
