Pioneer Foods is a South African company in the food and beverages industry.

In May 2008 Pioneer Foods and Foodcorp were referred to the competition tribunal because Foodcorp had been contravening the competition act by taking part in bread price fixing. In January 2009 this case was settled, with Pioneer Foods, having admitted the charges, being fined R45-million.[2][3][4]

It owns South Africa's largest cereal maker, Bokomo.
