Note that these websites list the venues - but they are definitely not reliable sources - and are attempting to presale tickets through a registration - so I left the information out of the article. Also according to this article the President of the Panamanian football association said it is still on and that the details will be released following the July 25th meeting of the CONCACAF executive board, but that date has passed without an announcement. --Trödel 11:50, 18 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The was something in the New York Times about the US not hosting the tournament. I didn't get a chance to read it, so I'm not sure of the details or if it's worth adding to the article.
