Stade Abdelkader Khalef is stadium that is being constructed in Tizi Ouzou, Algeria. It will mainly host football matches and will be the home of JS Kabylie. It is due to open in late 2015 and will have a capacity of 50,000 spectators.[1] It replaces Stade 1er Novembre.

The JS Kabylie managed to have the construction of promise this stage from the Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika, right after the third CAF Cup that they have managed to win.
