Stade Abdelkader Khalef is stadium that is being constructed in Tizi Ouzou, Algeria. It will mainly host football matches and will be the home of JS Kabylie. It is due to open in late 2015 and will have a capacity of 50,000 spectators.[1] It replaces Stade 1er Novembre.
