:Although he hasn't been known by that name for some time, it appears that Daisy Berkowitz is the name he used during his primary period of notability, so the situation seems a bit like Cat Stevens (although Berkowitz/Putesky is less well known in general and Stevens/Islam has done some very notable things since his name change). The various things that happened since the "Daisy Berkowitz" period don't seem nearly as notable as that period itself. The "Post-Marilyn Manson work" section of the article seems to basically consist of descriptions of short-lived small projects that "lasted for only a handful of gigs" or were a "demo tape" of "rough tracks" or had a "plan for a national tour" that "was ruined" or were just "kicked around" or "broke up" a few months later or involved some brief "lending", or they are stories of lawsuits over his prior work in Marlyn Manson as Daisy Berkowitz. I don't find anything in a quick off-Wikipedia web search that indicates that what the article says is wrong when saying he is "more famously known as Daisy Berkowitz". —BarrelProof (talk) 22:23, 6 October 2015 (UTC) |

I altered the following sentence: "Copies of the disc can occasionally be found on e-bay being sold in excess of $100.00." I just sold my copy for $1.75. I think someone is just trying to artificially inflate prices (or is behind the times... this CD used to be worth more.) 63.249.109.88 21:19, 8 December 2006 (UTC)
This Article Needs Help
Much of it is very POV, almost all of it is completely unsourced, and the language is painfully unencyclopedic. I'd be willing to work on revising the language/POV issues if someone (original editor?) can provide citations for the information. --68.222.26.206 (talk) 05:20, 17 April 2008 (UTC)

The result of the move request was: Not Moved - Point of policy, re: Although he hasn't been known by that name for some time, it appears that Daisy Berkowitz is the name he used during his primary period of notability,
this argument confuses the traditional definition of notability (fame) and the WP concept of notability (once notable, always notable. They are not one in the same and thus an irrelevant argument. No evidence that requested name is the COMMONNAME. Where the content re "more famously ..." is verifiable or not is a content issue. Mike Cline (talk) 20:28, 15 October 2015 (UTC)
Scott Putesky → Daisy Berkowitz – Per WP:COMMONNAME – as the article says, "more famously known as Daisy Berkowitz". —BarrelProof (talk) 15:29, 28 September 2015 (UTC) --Relisted. Natg 19 (talk) 05:26, 6 October 2015 (UTC)
- Oppose The claim from the article is unsourced (IE that he is "more famously known as...") and as far as I can tell, he hasn't been known under that name for the best part of a decade. Lugnuts Dick Laurent is dead 12:36, 6 October 2015 (UTC)
