1. Upasana98 reviewed two articles with same content Akshay Agarwal and Akshay Aggarwal (Entrepreneur) (both created by Anonymousbananas) stating that it passes notability just to hoodwink other editors that these articles are already checked for notability.

Evidence:

Highfever2015 reviewed Rochak Inter-School fest, an article created by Anonymousbananas that later was speedy deleted under A7.
Anonymousbananas and Highfever have alternated in recreating the article Akshay Agrawal which has been deleted at least 4 times (incl. following an AFD)
That articles subject Akshay Agrawal has created a website classfever.com (pretty spammy) and Highfever, and at least one IP, have added 100s of links to it on wikipedia, eg [1].
The users have tagged-teamed on talk pages related to school lists.
