I'm italian (from Rome, where this funny story is widely known) and I can tell you that the person in this article is a fraud, he was never an imam and is not or has never been a muslim. He was also faking to be president, secretary general of many invented italian muslim associations (also real ones, but he just faked to be part of them and letters of injunction were sent to him). In fact, he is not only right wing, but he recently "converted" to hinduism. His story is quite funny anyway, he managed to scam a lot of important journals which only wanted to write something pro-israeli without caring about their sources.

He also wrote recently: "Chiudere le moschee ed espellere gli islamici dall'Europa: unica soluzione per vincere questa guerra! Marine, sei sempre una grande, Vladimir aiutaci tu!" (close all the mosques and expell muslims from Europe: the only solution to win this war!)

Talk page

I have blanked this talk page, as it violated our Biographies of Living People policy in numerous places. I strongly suggest everyone takes great care in making comments about living people on Wikipedia, whether you have an account here or not. Neıl 11:40, 20 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Perceived lack of balance

In copyediting this page, and expanding ref links to show their sources, I noticed that the citations and other links are almost invariably to pro-Israeli sources (some of which I removed on account of unreliability and/or overt partisanship). Since the subject is highly controversial by nature, I am flagging the article as NPOV in the hope that interested editors can add some balance to it, or at least give further consideration to the issues. This person is a scam

In fact, he is not only right wing, but he recently "converted" to hinduism, as you can see in his facebook page facebook page. He also wrote recently: "Chiudere le moschee ed espellere gli islamici dall'Europa: unica soluzione per vincere questa guerra! Marine, sei sempre una grande, Vladimir aiutaci tu!" (close all the mosques and expell muslims from Europe: the only solution to win this war!) His story is quite funny anyway, he managed to scam a lot of important journals which only wanted to write something pro-israeli without caring about their sources. I'll give a few sources (mainly in italian):
