Cavit Şadi Pehlivanoğlu[1](1927–2015) was a Turkish statesman, who served as a legislator of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey for three terms between 1961 an 1996, first as a member of Justice Party (Turkey) and then as the Vice President of Motherland Party (Turkey), which he was among one of the founders. He was elected from the province Ordu. He hold several positions within the parliament.
