		This is unfortunately posthumously conferred. Paul's contribution in bringing the William Shakespeare (estimated annual readership: 4,550,000) to Featured Article status was indispensable, and therefore I think it due, in order to express our deep appreciation for his seminal input in what has become a widely read article of the highest quality, by registering here his earned right to the Million Award.
