Kazuma then reveals to Hiyori that he was the one to beg Yato to kill the ma clan because of corruption within the clan. One day, one of the Shinki blighted Bishamon, but they could not find the culprit, causing her condition to worsen. The Shinki began to fight over who blighted her, attacking and killing each other as a result. Kazuma, wanting to save Bishamon, had heard of a God of Calamity and runs to Yato, begging him to kill his clan. Yato, movved by Kazuma's devotion, uses Nora to kill all of Bishamon's Shinki. During the battle, three of her Shinki put a barrier around him, separating him from Yukine and leaving him vulnerable to attacks. Yukine, however, steps in to block Bishamon's attack, being sliced in half in the price. |

|ShortSummary = Kazuma and Hiyori try to escape imprisonment by Kugaha’s Scourge while Hiyori’s ethereal form fades from being separated from her body for too long. Simultaneously, Bishamon rends Yukine in two, but his name does not disappear from Yato. Yukine evolves into a Blessed Vessel, taking the form of twin swords. Kugaha watches Bishamon and Yato continue to fight, detailing his plan to force Bishamon to regenerate and become her new exemplar to the corrupted Aiha. Bishamon’s blight worsens, infecting her Regalia. Kugaha leads a phantom to devour the Regalia hiding in the mansion, further weakening Bishamon. Aiha releases Kazuma and Hiyori with the last of her energy and the two ride on Kuraha to Bishamon and Yato. Hiyori prevents Yato from killing Bishamon at Nora’s beckoning. Bishamon retaliates, but Kazuma pushes Yato back, receiving the war god’s blade instead. The wounded Kazuma embraces Bishamon, confessing that he was the one who told Yato to kill her Regalias. Bishamon releases her blighted Regalias and weeps as they die around her. |

|ShortSummary = As Bishamon mourns the loss of several of her Shinki, Yato calls Kuguha out. Kuguha claims what he did was for Bishamon's sake as she was no longer the God of war she was supposed to be and started naming several "junk" Shinki while pretending to have a big family while hiding under smiles and how she brought everything including the death of her Shinki on herself and that no one would follow her. Yato, annoyed with his words, chops off his hand, prompting Kuguha to back off. Angered by the loss of his hand, he sends an ayakashi to attack Yato, all the while taunting Yato as useless and a worthless God of Calamity. Yato is not affected and dispatches the ayakashi, and proceeds to kill Kuguha. However, Bishamon gets in between them. She talks to Kuguha about his feelings and if he felt what he did was right. He says he did everything for her sake and is not lying, as Bishamon wasn't stung. Bishamon says it may very be well her fault and looks back a when she first named Kuguha before finally releasing his name and sending him to the near shore. Bishamon then proceeds to kill all the ayakashi Kuguha sent around her palace. Yato decides to kill the ayakashi as well but Hiyori says they should go home. Bishamon finds her remaining shinki in a well cornered by an ayakashi and summons one of her shinki, a rusty swordstick, to help her kill the ayakashi. Kazuma thinks back to the past and how he has made the mistake twice. He awakens and asks Bishamon to release him as her exemplar as he has failed her twice, but she tells him it is alright to make mistakes since he is a human and she still wants him by her side and releases him of exile. |

|ShortSummary = Hiyori,Yuki, and Yato return from Bishamon's manor; much to everyone's happiness and joy. However, the fanfare is short lived as Tenjin reminds Yato of the promise he made to severe ties with Hiyori. Hiyori begs Yato not to severe their ties telling him she wants to stay with him longer; it is revealed that Yato does not severe their ties. A god by the name of Ebisu comes to Yato and Yuki offering to buy Yuki since he is a Blessed Regalia. Yato is sorely tempted with the prospect of being able to build his own shrine but refuses the offer. Ebisu also offers Yuki a million yen a year to join him; Yato becomes angry when Yuki seems interested. Yuki learns that since he is Yato's only regalia he is an exemplar; meaning it his job to protect Yato in any way shape or form. Yato and Yuki go on a job fighting a phantom obsessed with money; arguing about their financial status. Yuki tells Yato as his exemplar to let money go, and together they are able to defeat the phantom. Yuki officially declines Ebisu's offer. Hiyori builds Yato his own mini-shrine; bringing him to tears. He tells her that since he was little he had wanted a shrine. |
