bill cipher is a dream demon from the show gravity falls and is the main villain in seasons 1 and 2 he has the power to control time existence and can enter the mind he lives in the 4th dimension and can make deals if he succeeds in completing his part he will take control of the humans body and try's to reactivate the portal foun in a later episode in season 2 he does not state what he will do he just says something like you can help me with something I've been working on, he is based in the eye of providence or the all seeing eye of God but can be defeated by battling in the mindscape or buy being defeated by his lack of the human knowledge when he is controlling someone's body and when he finally brakes the rift a captured portal or if he opens the portal he can unleash a weirdmagedon a apocalypse that just really releases weird creatures and makes agony if it is in affect he has unlimited power and currently he has no known weakness for when a weirdmagedon is taking place( in the current episodes he actually releases the weirdmagedon) |
