WP:BLP, entirely unsourced once unretrievable deadlinks were deprecated, of a person notable only as the deputy leader of a minor political party and as a non-winning candidate in provincial and federal elections. These are not claims of notability that get a person over WP:NPOL — the deputy leadership might count for something if he could be sourced over WP:GNG for it, but does not confer an inclusion freebie if the sourcing for it is weak or nonexistent, and the non-winning candidacies don't contribute any enduring notability at all.
