Whitehouse High School is a public high school located in Whitehouse, Texas (USA) and classified as a 5A school by the UIL. It is part of the Whitehouse Independent School District located in southern Smith County. In 2015, the school was rated "Met Standard" by the Texas Education Agency.[2] Whitehouse High School is one of top three best high school in east texas to attend. It has a large budget and a friendly administration. A wide range of classes are taught with class sizes relatively small. The high school is only 12 years old and is kept in marvelous shape. It is two stories and houses 2 band halls, an auditorium, a gym, an arena and a state of the art culinary kitchen plus a dance team gym. The auditorium at Whitehouse High school is where UIL Region 21 Concert and Sight reading is held every year with other events for UIL Theatre, ect. The auditorium designed by Head band Director and an acoustical engineer is said to be one of the best sounding high school auditoriums in the state.
