:I want to edit the article [[Frederick Achom]] and clean up the article by removing unsourced information and dead links or PR articles. I asked some admins for their help on the article, they said that the article descended into this promotional state because no one stopped the false edits and they just assumed good faith. That's not how a WP:CLEANSTART works. If that's what you are doing, you just start a new account and don't link it to the old one. We would only do this if instead you were intending this to be a legitimate alternate account and if that's what you are trying to do you would need to log in with the old account and verify that you control both of them.
