Two versions?
I think there are two versions of this work, one which incorporates the 1812 themes and one which does not. Can anybody shed light on the matter? Did Tchaikovsky rework the piece after the success of the 1812 overture? (DonGoat 20:30, 30 June 2007 (UTC))
The cover version is not really relevant at all to the Tchaik piece. Can we remove it? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.80.1.163 (talk) 08:50, 29 March 2011 (UTC)
Your light is unequal????
I do not speak Serbian, but I thing the translation of the song title is wrong. It should be "your light is unequaled." There is a big difference between "your light is unequal" (unequal to what?) and "your light is unequaled" (nothing can compare to it). Caeruleancentaur (talk) 15:17, 16 July 2011 (UTC)
Regarding the Serbian folk songs
- First theme "Sunce jarko, ne sijas jednako" (Bright sun, you do not shine equally) TUNE http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vuw_0aSKaPk
- Second theme "Rado ide Srbin u vojnike" (Gladly does the Serb become a soldier) TUNE http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=iv&annotation_id=annotation_356288&v=3HyaH89oRns — Preceding unsigned comment added by 93.82.83.140 (talk) 11:22, 2 September 2011 (UTC)
