Yuriko Chiba (千羽 由利子, Chiba Yuriko, born March 9, 1967 in Kumamoto Prefecture) is an animator and character designer.[1] She was one of the founders of Oriental Light and Magic and a former member of Studio Giants along with Naohito Takahashi.
