"War Pain" is a song by American rapper Meek Mill featuring Omelly. The track was taken from Meek's second extended play, 4/4 Part 2.[1] War Pain was produced by Ben Billions.
Background
On January 30, 2016, Meek Mill released War Pain 15 minutes after Drake's Summer Sixteen was released.[2][3]
Reception
War Pain received generally positive reviews from audiences, stated the beat is lyrical, and the lyrics are better than Summer Sixteen.[4] HotNewHipHop said "Meek's enunciation is much better on War Pain than it was on "Wanna Know."[5] In a polling on HotNewHipHop, 52% voted for Summer Sixteen, 48% voted for War Pain.[6]
