Possible COI?

This page's creator and most frequent editor is the star/director of the piece. While it's been dramatically improved from its original poorly sourced promotional form he's continuing to make regular edits & reverts to others' work on the page in order to maintain control of the content, and has not declared COI as per guidelines, which were pointed out to him on his talk page.
