K. C. Veeramani is the Member of the Legislative Assembly from Jolarpet constituency in Vellore district after the 2011 Tamil Nadu Assembly elections. He belongs to All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam party.[4] He is the current Minister For School Education and earlier served as the Health and Welfare minister for Tamil Nadu.[5]
