What does this do?

From reading the article, I'm not 100% sure what this does. From the image, it looks like maybe it sits on a pedestal - does it roll around? It's some sort of robot, you can program it, but what can you program it to do? 0x0077BE (talk) 23:06, 9 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
