The Ningbo Southern Business District ("Ningbo CBD"), beginning planning November 16th, 2010,^[1] is a planned economic area to attract a sophisticated added value workforce nexus in the Yinzhou District of Ningbo. The Ningbo Southern Business District has received governmental stimulus such as the establishment of the Ningbo Industrial Advertising Park, a national level economic zone.^[2] By October 2015, the 1st of 4 phases had an 88.9% settlement rate.^[1]
