Image is tagged as PD because it from a US Government site, however the EXIF data shows the copyright holder as " Rob Shallenberger, TNC", and the page also includes a photo credit "Credit:Robert Shallenberger" so this does not appear to be the work of a US Government employee. Non-free poster art being used in Guinness plc v Saunders and Guinness. Files has a non-free use rationale for each usage, but there are problems with them.

"Guinness plc v Saunders" seems to be about a court case involving the company. The non-free use rationale claims that file is "used as the primary illustration", but I'm not sure how this type of non-free usage can be justified unless this particular poster/advertisement was the subject of the court case. That, however, does not seem to be the case at all so the WP:NFCC#8 is not satisfied. The file seems to just be being to identify Guinness as one of the parties in the case, but there are a number of freely licensed images on Commons (c:Category:Guinness) which could be used to serve the same encyclopedic purpose. So, WP:NFCC#1 is not satisfied. Suggest remove from Guinness plc v Saunders regardless.
File's usage in Guinness seems more appropriate, but once again the non-free use rationale's claim of "used as the primary illustration" is not true because another non-free image is being used in the article's infobox. Moreover, this particular poster itself is not the subject of any sourced commentary in the article the context required by NFCC#8 is lacking. Suggest remove from the article unless specific sourced commentary discussing the poster is added so that removing the image from the article would actually be detrimental to the reader's understanding.

Of course I mess up starting this FFD. Anyway, this image is originally created by Randall Munroe for xkcd, see here. The uploader, however, claimed it is their work, which is highly unlikely. However, I do want to posit that it may be possible to list this file as copyright illegible, as the image could be broken down to a simple string of text anyone could think up. Check this one out! which suggests that it is own work by the uploader. However, the picture is unused and has low resolution, so it lacks foreseeable use. Delete as out of scope.

We need to know its source and have it uploaded as an institutional logo for limited fair use. reply Well,I'll explain that.I saved the logo from facebook and copied that link.Thus why I mentioned that link.But it was not an official site of the university on facebook.Students like leaders of the university,create facebook pages like this link to gether students online but it is not a page created by university administrators.There is no facebook page created by them.Pages used the logo of the university but it was created by the university.There is now restriction for using the logo.You can also check out it's official website to be sure the logo is an official logo of the university at Computer University, Pakokku Official site]Treeloverboy (talk)
