Andy Ainscow (born 1 October 1968 in Orrell, Lancashire) is an English former football striker. He played in the Football League for Wigan Athletic and Rotherham United.
A product of the youth system at Wigan Athletic, he made 22 Football League appearances for the club, scoring four goals.[1] After leaving the club he made a single appearance for Rotherham before dropping out of the league in 1990 to sign for Garswood United.[1] He also subsequently turned out for Altrincham.[2] During the 1990s he was on the books of League of Wales club Rhyl.[3]
As of 2013 Ainscow is listed as the under-15s coach for Wigan Athletic L.F.C.[4]
