Thanks for your input and all comments which were incorporated accordingly. Antecedently, the article does meet, and in many regards exceeds, pertinent criteria! It is colorable and replete with documentation.

-*in places it is written like a resume or a [[hagiography]] -- it should be neutral toward the subject. Please reivew [[WP:NPOV]].
-*The formatting should follow standard Wikipedia style -- see [[Wikipedia:Manual of Style]].
-*There is a lot of repetition in the article. The "Timeline of Key Events" seems to be largely a repeat of the article. Can this be removed completely? This is not the way Wikipedia articles are formatted.
-*A lot of the same information was being stuffed into the info box. I have started removing some of it.
-*The article should follow the rules for biographies set out in [[WP:BIO]].
