Joe Who? Joe Thomas is the upcoming 6th album from R&B Singer Joe. It will be released during on September 12, 2006 by Jive Records. The album will feature guest apperances and production by Nas, Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, Jermaine Dupri, Chamillionaire, Fabolous, Bryan Michael Cox, Young Buck & Tony Yayo, Papoose, Tim & Bob, The Underdogs, Cool & Dre and Sean Garrett. The first single is Where You At written and produced Sean Garrett. It features rapper Papoose. The video has already been shot by Music Video Director Billie Woodruff. The second single is rumoured to be Like Me.
In an MTV interview, Joe said "I really went out and did everything on my part that I could do to make the best album that I can, I would say it's my best album so far. I expect it to do big things."
