unsolicited suggestions/advice

Hello! Just a suggestion on your AfD nominations: try speedy or PROD first. In the case of Andrew Dutkewych, which will be kept, you could have saved a whole lot of time by just PRODDING it. I see another nomination that you made for a page six minutes after the page was created. This is really bad form, as you need to give the page some time to grow so it can be properly assessed, and you also need to not WP:BITE the new editors. The general procedure for pages lacking notability is Speedy Delete (if possible), PROD, then AFD. AfD's, because of the time they take, are usually reserved for last resort deletions.HappyValleyEditor (talk) 16:11, 4 July 2016 (UTC)

Oh, and it appears that several people agree with me already. Did you really go so far as to sock to file a bogus SPI against one of the delete editors? That is really out there. I have put the in use tag on the page Robert Adrian, yet you continue to edit and to remove good references. Please respect the tag and cease stalking my edits. This article a few hours old and is under development and you removing multiple GOOD references does not help. There is more text that is going to be attached to those references. You were also advised at ANI to stay away, so please do so. Pinging @Drmies:...... Newyorkbrad I was working on an article removing extraneous references sine the article was hard to read. What I removed was citation clutter as per WP:CITEKILL I was working on an edit to cure more cute kill for seven minutes and when I saved it you tag thing appeared.
