EDB formally merged with ErgoGroup, another leading Nordic IT firm headquartered in Oslo, on 14 October 2010.[6] Though the newly merged company was initially christened EDB ErgoGroup ASA, it later changed its name to "EVRY" on 17 March 2012. The merged IT giant now has over 10,000 employees across 135 offices in 16 countries, which includes EI.[7]
