Aleksandrovsk Uprising was an armed insurgency of workers of the Aleksandrovsk city on 25 December (12 December) 1917. The uprising was headed by Bolshevik against the Central Council of Ukraine.
In the revolt participated Black Sea sailors (Black Sea Revolutionary formation) who were led by Aleksei Mokrousov. The rebels took a telephone station, a power station, and a part of the city, however after three days of fighting the insurgency was suppressed.
