Pursuit Channel is an American television network that airs programming geared to hunting, fishing, and outdoor recreation. It is based in Glenwood, Alabama and was launched on April 23, 2008. Founded by C.E.O. Rusty Faulk, who is a renowned leader in the outdoor community.[citation needed]

According to its website, Pursuit is currently available to over 40 million homes, over 34 million of them being DirecTV and Dish customers.[1] Pursuit Channel also airs on Verizon FiSO 818 HD and coming fall 2016 on Centurylink Prism.
