You stated "Stalin ... and killed more people than Hitler." While his gov't orders resulted in perhaps 3 million citizens of the USSR executed/murdered, he's not in the same ballpark as Hitler & the Nazis, whose murder of Jews and Gypsies (some six million people) and responsibility for the second world war in Europe (20 million killed in the USSR alone) among the more millions that died during the war, dwarf those of Stalin. 14AUG2016 nonconstructive edit

Yesterday (14AUG2016) you made a nonconstructive edit to the page Main Intelligence Directorate, defacing the article for the second time by deleting a picture that had been restored after you had previously removed it. Your edit summary seemed to indicate that you thought it was good to delete the picture because the editor that added it did not provide a source.

This is not the case. Pictures should be removed if they are illegal (e.g. copyright violation, etc.), but when another editor takes the time to upload their picture, and add it to a relevant article in good faith, it's not acceptable just to delete. If you can improve the article by taking a better picture and uploading it that's great. You do not need an external reference to add a picture. If the picture does not belong to you, and is fair use of a copyrighted picture then I recommend you note the source (although this is not strictly required).

If you don't have the resources or are not competent enough to improve an article yourself by finding and adding relevant references you can use the Template:Citation_needed or Template:Dubious to let other editors know, but be sure to explain yourself on the talk page so that other editors understand what you think is wrong.

Please take the time to read Wikipedia:Editing policy before you return to editing articles.

"Preserve the value that others add, even if they "did it wrong" (try to fix it rather than delete it)."
