* Street Fighter Alpha brings together a cast of 13 characters from the collective Street Fighter Universe: Ryu, Chun-Li, Ken, Charlie plus 9 more. This title introduces the use of super combos and alpha counters to add new dimensions to fighting.
Street Fighter Alpha 3 Upper is unlockable by receiving a good or bad ending in Street Fighter Alpha 3. This version includes all characters from Super Street Fighter II.
* Street Fighter Alpha 2 launches with 18 electrifying characters: Akuma, M. Bison, Gen and much more. Players can use the new Custom Combo system to perform devastating multi-hit combos using the super meter. New high and low Alpha counters were also introduced to increase battles.
* Street Fighter Alpha 2 Gold is an enhanced version of its predecessor.
* Street Fighter Alpha 3 includes an un precedented 25 characters and offers players the choice of three "isms" fighting styles: X-ism, A-ism, & V-ism.
* Super Gem Fighter MiniMix is a miniature version of the popular Capcom fighters in fierce battles. Collect power-up gems to perform an array of special attacks and powerful combos.

Hyper Street Fighter Alpha is an exclusive versus game that allows selection of different versions of characters much like in Street Fighter Anniversary Collection, Darkstalkers Chronicle: The Chaos Tower, and Vampire Chronicle for Matching Service for the Sega Dreamcast. New ISMs are also selectable: Green (Darkstalkers/Vampire Savior), Blue (Street Fighter III), Pink (Street Fighter 2 Hyper Fighting) and Red (Versus Series). Hyper Street Fighter Alpha is the sixth iteration of the Street Fighter Alpha series not counting console ports.

This "all-in-one" compilation style of gameplay was used earlier in Capcom's treatment of the Darkstalkers games, with 2000's Vampire Chronicle for Matching Service for the Dreamcast allowing players to choose character versions from all earlier titles in the series.
