Image of tumour at top of article - too graphic?

Does anyone else think this image could be upsetting for people who are affected by liver cancer (patients or their relatives or friends)? I think perhaps a scan would be more appropriate. PeachNellba (talk) 13:17, 15 June 2011 (UTC)

B class

I have expanded this article quite a bit over the last few days. It is in the list of top-rated articles that is sub-B class so I am trying to get it to that standard. I have added to most sections, removing bullet point lists and added lots of better references. Does anyone have any ideas of what else is needed to get this up to B-class? I removed Robin Gibb from the list in this article.

• Robin Gibb

Robin Gibb died of colon cancer, that had spread to his liver. He did not die of primary liver cancer but of colon cancer and metastases of colon cancer in his liver. He said: "... then I was diagnosed with colon cancer, which spread to the liver." according to the Wikipedia article about him.

Besides that David Bowie probably died of pancreatic cancer that (as typical for this disease) had spread metastases to his liver. Should there be a prognosis section?
