Hikaru Minegishi (Japanese: 嶺岸 光, Minegishi Hikaru) also known by his nickname Pika is a Filipino footballer who plays for Global F.C. of the United Football League.
Early life
Hikaru de Asis Minegishi was born on July 3, 1991.[1] His mother is a native of Olongapo.[2]
Football career
Youth
Minegishi was part of the youth system of the Urawa Red Diamonds. He also played as part of the football team of Sendai University.[2]
Club
Early in 2015, Minegishi was signed in by Global F.C. of the United Football League.[2]
National team
Minegishi made his debut for the Philippine national football team at their first group stage match against Singapore coming in as a substitute. The match ended in a 0-0 draw.[citation needed]
