Trident University International (Trident) is a regionally accredited, private for-profit university that was founded on the belief that a high quality, traditional educational experience could be delivered 100% online. It offers bachelors, masters, and doctoral degree programs in business, health sciences, education, and information systems (information technology). Formerly a branch of Touro College, TUI is now a standalone institution since being purchased by Summit Partners in 2007.

After purchasing the university, Summit Partners reorganized TUI and changed the name to TUI University.
