Mark DeCarlo is an American actor and talk show host. Born on June 23, 1962 in Chicago, Illinois, DeCarlo first got on television on the American version of the game show Sale of the Century in 1985 while a student at UCLA, where he won $115,257 in cash and prizes. DeCarlo was the host of a short-lived but popular 1991-1992 dating show called Studs, known for its raunchy (at that time) content. He was one of the hosts of The X-Show, also hosting "Big Deal", loosely-based on the classic game show Let's Make A Deal as well as the Candid Camera-styled "Totally Hidden Video". He currently provides the voice of Jimmy Neutron's befuddled father Hugh on the Nickelodeon animated series The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius as well as serving (no pun intended) as host of the Travel Channel's eponymously titled Taste of America show.
