Hamid Afaq Qureshi[1] also known as Hamid Afaq Qureshi Al–Taimi–Al–Qureshi, was born in 1945. He is a Shaikh Siddiqi of Bijnor (U.P.).


He had lineal acquisition of Arabic, Persian & Urdu and studied Science till the University level and joined a scientific organisation in 1965, from where he retired as a Gazetted Officer in 2005. During the period of his service, he Graduated from the Delhi University with Art side and Postgraduated in History and Political Science from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. He earned his PhD in History from the Lucknow University.
