Uniconazole is a triazole chemical used as a plant growth retardant.[1]
Uses
Uniconazole is applied to plants to restrain their growth. It is often used on perennials to maintain a marketable size and/or delay flowering.[2]
Mode of Action
Uniconazole works by inhibiting the production of gibberellins.[1]
Application Methods
Uniconazole can be applied as a foliar spray or a soil drench.[2]
