:No, there is no rule that British dates should use British styles. And there is no British style. To my surprise, the Daily Mail used BCE recently.[http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-3797258/Human-skeleton-discovered-Antikythera-shipwreck-2-000-years-bottom-sea.html] Just follow the guideline and you'll be ok. Era styles, claims Britons invented the calendar, etc
We've got WP:ERA just to avoid people adding their preferred styles. Most of your changes were against our guideline. One of your main purposes here seems to be to change era styles to meet your preference. Given that, your other edits and your talk page edits, you aren't really here to help build the encyclopedia. You obviously like straight talking so I'll be straight with you - you need to change your ways or you are likely to be blocked. Doug Weller talk 17:27, 11 January 2017 (UTC)
British dates should use British styles. That is the rule. And please don't insult me with your ridiculous assertions about my intentions. I read about a 100 pages for each one that I feal is clearly wrong and needs to be edited.

- No, there is no rule that British dates should use British styles. And there is no British style. To my surprise, the Daily Mail used BCE recently.[1] Just follow the guideline and you'll be ok. Follow your own made up rule.... Doug Weller talk 19:17, 11 January 2017 (UTC)
