Route 164, the Western Freeway, is a state highway and freeway in Hampton Roads, Virginia, United States, connecting the city of Suffolk with downtown Portsmouth. It runs eastward from an interchange with Interstate 664 and U.S. Route 17 to the Pinners Point Interchange, a recently-completed interchange that connects it to the Martin Luther King Freeway (U.S. Route 58), which connects to Norfolk via the Midtown Tunnel under the Elizabeth River.
