Hello Cybertrend. My name is Royalguard11 and I have been asked to help you with your current troubles. I have looked over the Peter Paul and Peter F. Paul talk pages. From what I can see, you believe that Peter F. Paul was a figure in uncovering fraud in a Hillery Clinton campain, and User:Uucp believes that he is nothing more than a drug dealer. You accuse Uucp of protecting the Clintons, and he accuses you of being a Peter Paul spokesperson. Am I correct, or is there more I have missed? I will watch this page for your responce, or you can respond on my desk, or you may email me using the e-mail this user function on my userpage. I left a message on your desk. Uucp is also vandalizing a related linked page, Gala Hollywood Farewell Salute to President Clinton and removing factual information, related links in order to once again distort the facts. This event, known as Event 39 to the FEC was the cenetrpiece of the first ever trial of a Senator's finance director for election law fraud, and it was the centerpiece of the FEC admission by Hillary's treasurer that false FEC reports were filed that hid Paul's contributions. uucp should not be allowed to continue without limit his efforts to hide the facts from wikipedia. I would like to have a dialog with you about the issues involved in the Peter Paul matter. The only party to regularly attack the biographical facts posted about peter Paul has been uucp who has enunciated a clear agenda to dismiss and protect the misconduct of Hillary Clinton as exposed by Peter Paul and in the process to distort Paul's bio in order to discredit him as the messenger of a message that has been corroborated by various government agencies. is it possible to speak on the phone? I am involved in writing a book on Paul's company with Spider Man creator Stan Lee and have thoroughly studied Paul's bio, so I have a unique understanding of his story through interviews and research dating to his early areer as an international lawyer in Miami. If you review the www.hillcap.org web site you will see some of the problems involved in getting an unbiased view of Paul. Four journalists wrote a 7 part series on Paul's allegations and his background, the Fraudulent Senator linked to the home page of www.hillcap.org, which you should review. Also, www.sourcewatch.org has a more balanced bio of him.

Please advise how we can stop uucp's actions in defacing the disambiguity page which has become a pastime for him. In any sense of fairness, the purpose of the disambiguity page is merely to distinguish one person whose bame is simialr to another's, so they can be correctly identified. Paul's encounters with the government are not what distinguishes him, nor what has been generally publicized during his career. Please advise how this can be resolved. I have left a message for you on your talk page. I am the writer of a book on Paul's company with Spider Man creator Stan Lee, Stan Lee Media. I have spent a year researching Paul through witnesses, court pleadings, government documents and I can attest to the facts I have reveiwed in his biography that are disputed by some officious intermeddler like uucp. I am anxious for your intervention to stop once and for all this vandal, uucp, from hijacking the peter paul bio article in order to mischaracterize Paul's whistleblowing activities and villify his previous business career to attempt to discredit his whistleblowing- a tactic that the Clintons have employed since Paul turned on them.Paul was the largest contributor to Hillary Clinton's Senate campaign and the producer of her largest fundraising event, which was also the largest salute to a US president ever produced in Hollywood. Hillary and Bill referred to Paul as their close friend in 2000 until they defrauded him and his company and he blew the whistle on Hillary's false statements about his contributions to the voters and the FEC. His allegations have been corroborated by the FEC who fined her campaign and forced an admission that false reports were filed that hid more than $721,000 in his contributions. Those findings are on the documents page of www.hillcap.org. Paul filed a civil fraud suit in 2003 against the Clintons and a famous Hollywood producer of the Grammys. The case was originally reviewed by the California Supreme Court in 2004, which upheld it and denied both Clintons' motion to dismiss. That suit has been set for trial in March, 2007. Hillary was recently dismissed as a defendant after she sought and received the protection of California's unique Anti-SLAPP law that protects candidates' activities from tort liability in the course of a political campaign. She remains a material witness and Bill is facing trial for defrauding Paul and destroying Stan Lee Media. Uucp tries to make it appear that Hillary's dismissal as a co-defendant means she was not involved in a conspiracy to defraud Paul- when the remaining law suit set for trial clearly shows that is not the case. Similarly, Uucp makes much of the acquittal of Hillary's finance director on charges stemming from paul's allegations that he was responsible for three false FEC reports filed by Hillary's campaign about Paul's contributions. All the acquittal showed was that a low level functionary of Hillary's campaign was not crimninally culpable. It was an indictment of his superiors who signed and filed the false reports, not an exoneration of them. The boss of the acquitted official admitted to the FEC in a settlement seven months after the acquittal that it was he in fact, not his employee, who knowingly filed the false reports in order to hide Paul's contributions. So either Uucp is ignorant of the facts, and acts from ignorance in his mischaracterizations, or he is an acolyte of the Clintons spreading disinformation on Paul. In any event, he is affecting the integrity of Wikipedia.

In all the media coverage of Paul before he became a whistleblower in 2001, Paul has been favorably regarded as a media positioning expert (he singlehandedly positioned Fabio, then an unknown model, as a Romance icon recognized in more than 15 countries and a best selling novelist in 9 languages due to Paul's exclusive management of him), Paul packaged autobiographies of and with Muhammad Ali, Tony Curtis and Buzz Aldrin, he a foundation president (co-founding the American Spirit Foundation in Hollywood with Jimmy Stewart) and the founder, with Spider Man creator Stan Lee, of the largest internet animation studio in Hollywood, Stan Lee Media. The Los Angeles Business Journal profiled Paul in September, 2000, and nowhere in that article was he referred to as a drug dealer, or a villain. Paul has been quoted in Forbes, the Wall Street Journal, Washingtton Post, New York Times, Los Angeles Times many times over the years, and until 2001, his guilty plea to possessing cocaine has never been referred to- because it was ancient history and had nothing to do with what was being reported.
