Victor Pablo (born August 8, 1970) is a Filipino retired professional basketball player in the Philippine Basketball Association.[1]

Playing career

Pablo was drafted second overall by Ginebra in the 1993 PBA draft. However, he was later traded to Pepsi Mega, in exchange for center Manny Victorino, when he held up in contract negotiations due to lower pay.[2] He played with Pepsi for two seasons.

He was then traded to San Miguel in 1995 for Alvin Teng.

Towards the end of the 1995 PBA Governors' Cup eliminations, he was traded to Formula Shell for Paul Alvarez.[3] In his four years with the team, he played alongside Ronnie Magsanoc, Benjie Paras, Gerry Esplana and Chris Jackson, and was a member of their 1998 and 1999 championship teams.

In 2000, he was traded to Mobiline Phone Pals for Mark Telan and spent several years with them. He helped the Phone Pals win their All-Filipino Cup Championship in 2003.

After his stint with the Barangay Ginebra Kings in 2008, he decided to call it quits.

Coaching career

Pablo later served as one of the assistant coaches for the FEU Tamaraws.[4]
