Sin City is the overall title for a series of short stories and novels set by Frank Miller set in the fictional Basin City. The first novel, titled Sin City, tells the story of Marv, a delusional and violent man, and his attempt to find the man who murdered Goldie, a woman that Marv loved.
Other titles: A Dame to Kill For, Booze, Broads and Bullets, Family Values, Hell and Back, That Yellow Bastard, The Big Fat Kill
Sin City is the name of the upcoming movie from Director Robert Rodriguez. It seems that this time, Frank Miller is actively participating in its inception.
The movie will cover three of the stories from Sin City, including the original Sin City.
