Tangi Tehsil is an administrative subdivision (tehsil) of Charsadda District in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Pakistan.[1]

Administration

The tehsil is administratively subdivided into 12 Union Councils, one of which form the headquarters - Tangi.[1] sajid ali one of the first m s computer science degree holder.

History

During British rule Tangi was part of the old Charsadda Tehsil (then part of Peshawar District)[2] later Tangi became a tehsil in its own right.
