The 2017 Ladbrokes Players Championship professional ranking snooker tournament will take place between 6–12 March 2017 at the Venue Cymru in Llandudno, Wales. It will be the 16th ranking event of the 2016/2017 season.[1][2]

Mark Allen is the defending champion.[3]

In the 2016/17 season, the Players Tour Championship was cancelled, and the main event was renamed to Players Championship and moved to Llandudno.[4] It will now be played between the top 16 players on a one-year ranking list.[5][6]
