The Kosovo women's national football team represents Kosovo in international women's football and is controlled by the Football Federation of Kosovo.
History
Kosovo was approved to become a member of UEFA following a secret ballot at the 40th Ordinary Congress in Budapest in May 2016.[2] Only after that Kosovo was able to enter tournaments organized by UEFA. The senior team will play their first competitive match in the qualification rounds for the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup.[3]
On 1 March 2017, in Alanya Cup. Kosovo played the first match against Poland and lost with result 0–5.[4]
