Homole (German Hummeln) is a village and municipality (obec) in České Budějovice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 10.95 square kilometres (4.23 sq mi), and has a population of 1,103 (as at 31 December 2007).

Homole lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south-west of České Budějovice and 128 km (80 mi) south of Prague.
