Meng Zhaojuan (Chinese: 孟昭娟, born 14 December 1989) is a road and track cyclist representing Hong Kong. She competed at the 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2015 UCI Track Cycling World Championships.[1] Meng was born in Tongliao, Inner Mongolia, China, and moved to Hong Kong in 2006.[2]
