Jocelyne Rae Loewen (born November 1, 1976) is a Canadian voice actress working with Ocean Productions, known for her roles in the English dubs of anime series, mostly that of spunky young girls. She is best known as the voice of Yai Ayano in the Mega Man NT Warrior series,[3] Mii from Popotan,[4] Milfuelle Sakuraba from the Galaxy Angel series[5][6][7] and Merle from Escaflowne.[8][9][10][11][12]
In addition to voice work, Jocelyne has also played part in several live-action movies and television shows, including Stargate SG-1, The 4400, The Dead Zone, and Eureka.
